Thank you to all those who supported the FONR Valentine Party – I hope you had fun! Very many thanks must go to the committee and their helpers who organised the entertainment and the food – including a yummy chocolate fountain.
I hope you enjoyed the Family Service for Valentine Sunday at St. John’s Church, North Rigton and had an opportunity to say good bye to Stuart – our Vicar. This was Stuart’s last service at our church and I was pleased to see that our school was well represented in the congregation.
If you attended St John’s Harvest Festival on Sunday 21st October from I hope you enjoyed it. The congregation were very grateful for the donations of tinned food and non-perishable goods.
We look forward to welcoming you all back to school on Tuesday 4th September 2018. The teachers have been busy planning and preparing the classrooms for your return. A very special ‘hello’ if you are joining us for the very first time. See you all very soon!
The grand opening of our newly refurbished Reflective Garden took place on Friday 13th July at 3.15 – Miss Ellis and her band of trusty helpers would like to say thank you for the support and positive comments they have received since its completion.
I hope you all enjoyed watching our Reception children and some specially invited guest artists on Friday 13th July in their very first charity concert. Well done to all who took part and thank you to Mrs Down for such a memorable event.
Thank you to all those who attended the Family Service at St John’s Church, North Rigton, on Sunday 24th June, 9.30 – 10.30am for PICNIC SUNDAY. The theme was The Feeding of the Five Thousand followed by fun and games in the churchyard and a shared picnic.
